Our Borek is made from scratch. It features thin, handmade layers of dough filled with spinach, feta, mozzarella, and onions. Every layer is sauced with egg, milk, and yoghurt and then baked to perfection for a delightful texture. Comes with green seasonal salad with tzatziki and hummus on the side.
