Our Borek is made from scratch, featuring thin, handmade layers of dough filled with ground beef, mozzarella, and onions. Every layer is sauced with egg, milk, and yoghurt and then baked to perfection for a delightful texture. Comes with a green seasonal salad of lettuce, red cabbage, Turkish Salad, onions with sumac, tzatziki and hummus on the side.
